In the event of any dispute:

1. Step 1: Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of the issue.
2. Step 2: Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
3. Step 3: If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to senior management.
4. Step 4: Final decisions by GoExch9 management are binding.

Platform records and transaction logs shall be considered definitive evidence in any dispute resolution process.

Account termination may occur under the following circumstances:

• User-Initiated: You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
• Platform-Initiated: GoExch9 may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations.
• Inactivity: Accounts dormant for 12+ months may be closed.
• Regulatory Requirements: We may close accounts to comply with legal obligations.

Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to verification requirements.
